A lovely addition to your garden or patio, this two part ceramic bird feeder is finished with a light blue glossy glaze.
The lower bowl measures about 4 inches wide by about 1.5 inches deep. The upper canopy provides some protection from rain and serves a little as a deterrent to larger birds like starlings, who seem a little uncomfortable in the close space. While they will eat from these when desperate, if you keep safflower or black sunflower seeds in them, I find they tend to seek out easier pickings.
Attractively put together, the top loop is about 3/4 inch in diameter and will hang nicely from many of your wrought iron fixtures. It is about 7 inches in height. The glossy glazed ceramic parts are easily washable.
